How to merge rows in Excel

Easy Data transform can merge/consolidate/aggregate multiple rows of data that have one or more common values (e.g. a ID field) into a single row. For example, you might want to merge every row with the same customer ID into a single row, while also:

• keeping the first customer name from the name column
• listing all product ID field associated with the customer ID
• summing all the values in the cost column
• keeping the last date in the date column
