Easy Data Transform v1.14.1 released
Easy Data Transform v1.14.1 is now available for Windows and Mac. This release includes 2 bug fixes:
- Fixes a crash caused by the Sort transform.
- Keyboard shortcuts now work on the second screen in Two Screen Mode.
We recommend all users upgrade to this release.

Spare a thought for those forced to used Excel for tasks which it manifestly unsuited. Behold this Excel formula, spotted on Reddit:
“This [Excel] formula does conditional lookups on tables containing macro economic forecasts for different scenarios, each coming from their own source excel files. These come from the economists or the business, who probably will never move out of Excel. We get that data in a range of varying and often non tabular formats so we need to consolidate everything into a tabular format before moving into programming environments and upload to the data warehouse. That formula was necessary for getting everything into the tabular format from a load of different tables. Excel is the only tool we had to do this.”
