Report A Bug in Easy Data Transform

We take every effort to deliver high quality software. However, the sheer complexity of software systems and the number of platforms and configurations we have to support means that we can’t guarantee our software is completely bug free. Please report any bugs you find - we can only fix bugs we know about. Please email support@easydatatransform.com with:

Your operating system (e.g. Windows 11 or macOS 12).
The version of Easy Data Transform (shown in the title of the main window).
A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem.
A screen capture or movie (where appropriate).
Your .transform file and input data files (where appropriate).

The step-by-step description is particularly important. If we reproduce your problem, we can probably fix it.

We treat all data sent to us as confidential, unless you tell us otherwise. If your data is particularly sensitive, it might be enough to send us just the first few rows with sensitive values changed. Keep the same column structure though.

A screen capture can be very useful when attached to a bug report email (a picture is worth a thousand words). If you are able to record a video showing the issue, that’s even better.
